The office took me the same day my dentist referred me, which I truly appreciated. The staff was pleasant, friendly and efficient. I was so scared about having a root canal, but it went much more smoothly than I ever anticipated. You always hear such horrible things about root canals and that was what I was expecting. Really the worst part was being numbed up because I hate needles, but other than that, everything was great. Dr. Palmieri was so great, reassuring, and he even checked on me that evening as he said he would. I would highly recommend this office if you need this type of dental work!

Who knew that having a root canal could be such a pleasant experience? I was able to get an appointment within days to diagnose the source of my tooth and jaw pain. The procedure a few days later was painless. Dr. Palmieri is the consummate professional and his staff is pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend Dominion Endodontics. I visited the Falls Church office both times.

Good experience with Dr Palmieri. Root canal was relatively quick and did a great job with administering the injections so I didn't feel anything.

Dr. Nick was extremely professional, efficient and kind to my young son during a very painful and stressful dental emergency. Dr. Nick and his assistant, Maria, were organized, prepared and truly concerned about my son and his welfare. We are so grateful for the help and support that Dr. Nick and his staff provided. They made difficult situation much easier. Excellent service!

I had such a pleasant experience at Dominion Endodontics. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly, the office was clean and very well organized. Last but not least, Dr. Leon-Guerrero was professional, caring and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Leon-Guerrero if you are looking for an office that delivers excellent dental care.
