What Happens During Sedation Dentistry?

Once you are comfortably sedated, your endodontist performs the planned procedure, such as a root canal, retreatment, or endodontic surgery. Most patients remain deeply relaxed throughout treatment.

5. Recovery

After your procedure, you will rest in our recovery area until you are ready to leave. Depending on the type of sedation used, you may need a responsible adult to drive you home and remain with you until the effects have worn off.
