For more than 25 years, Dominion Endodontics has provided specialized endodontic care to patients throughout Alexandria, Falls Church, Arlington, and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities. Our experienced team is dedicated exclusively to diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the inside of the tooth, from routine root canal therapy to dental trauma, cracked teeth, retreatment, and other complex cases.

Our office features digital radiography, which reduces radiation exposure while producing high-quality images that can be securely stored and shared with your referring dentist when needed. We also utilize advanced 3D CBCT imaging and surgical operating microscopes to provide a detailed view of the tooth's anatomy, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Patient comfort is an important part of every visit. We offer several sedation options, including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, and IV sedation, to help patients feel relaxed throughout their procedure.

We use computerized x-rays, called digital radiography, which produce substantially less radiation exposure than conventional dental x-rays. These digital images can be optimized, archived, printed and sent to other dentists via e-mail or disk.

We utilize surgical operating microscopes for every procedure. Magnification and fiber optic illumination are helpful in aiding our endodontists to see tiny details inside your tooth and more predictably treat endodontic pathology. Also, a camera on the microscope can record images of your tooth to further document and report findings to your dentist.

This three-dimensional x-ray allows for enhanced visualization of the internal and external anatomy of the tooth and surrounding structures beneath the gum tissue. These images enable our endodontists to accurately diagnosis endodontic pathology, restorative processes and traumatic injuries.
